  • How do I download products?

    Depending on whether the product is a Native Instruments licensed library or not, you can download your product via Native Access or Pulse. After purchase, all libraries will have download/install instructions available.

  • Do I need any additional software?

    Depending on the library you will require either Kontakt Full or the Kontakt Player. You can check out the requirements at the bottom of each library's page

  • Why does my product say DEMO when loaded?

    This is most likely due to the product being a non-Native Instruments licensed library. On each product it is specified what version of Kontakt you will need.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer any refunds on our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase or need assistance, please reach out to us at info@narothaudio.com and we will do our best to help.
